Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Instructor (RI)

Hours vary, please see employment application. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: learning the Behaviour Model and using the model to pre-teach, teach and redirect residents, demonstrate positive role modeling for residents, instruct residents on a variety of skills necessary for independent living, (ie. parenting, time management, cooking, cleaning, shopping, making appointments, enrolling children in childcare and budgeting money), monitor residents and children while they are on or off the Seton Home campus, during phone calls, computer usage, free time, chores, visits and classes, complete daily behavior logs, incident reports and other reports and transport residents in a safe and timely manner.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, or GED. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of computer software and keyboard. Current driver's license and clean driving record. Good problem solving skills and the ability to manage the behavior of adolescents and their children. Ability to multi-task. Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods of time during shifts.

Reports to: Residential Services Managers

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour

Childcare Providers -Two Part-Time Positions Available

Hours vary, must be able to work Saturday-Job Responsibilities include caring for infants and toddlers. Managing classroom, preparing activities and material necessary for implementation of the curriculum. Report any suspected child abuse, neglect or other issues concerning child safety and well being to the immediate supervisor, responsible for reporting necessary repairs or damages, also the shortages of necessary supplies and/or materials to the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, or GED. Complete eight hours of pre-service training, have a current record of a TB test with negative results. Must have at least 2 years of related experience with children. Knowledge of TDFRS Minimum Standards, and CCDS. Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications at all times.

Residential Services Bus Driver-Two Positions Available

One driver position is available from 6 to 9:30 a.m. and  the other position is from 1 to 5 p.m.  Must have good driving record and ability to be insured, plus experience driving buses or vans.
