There are always lots of things going on at Seton Home. For the most up to date happenings, follow us on Facebook!

On April 26th Seton Home hosted its 3rd Annual Dr. Leslie Parks Tribute to Motherhood Luncheon at Pearl Stable and it was a wonderful success, having raised over $50,000 NET for Seton Home’s education program!
This moving event celebrated the importance of education and motherhood, while honoring the life of Dr. Leslie Parks, an OBGYN and mother of twins who passed away suddenly in 2008. The education program hosted by Seton Home includes year round after-school tutoring and nine weeks of on-campus summer school classes taught by licensed English and Math teachers and teacher’s aides from the San Antonio Independent School District, giving our teen moms the tools they need to earn additional credits towards their High School Diploma or GED.
This year's event honored two incredible women:
Pat Maguire, Community Volunteer and Former Seton Home Board President Dr. Leslie Parks Community Motherhood Award
Pamela Sanchez, Former Seton Home Resident Jennifer Torres Shining Star Award
On behalf of the teen moms and children that we serve, we are truly grateful to all who supported the 3rd Annual Dr. Leslie Parks Tribute to Motherhood Luncheon. Because of your incredible generosity, Seton Home will continue to have record numbers of teens earning their High School Diploma or GED, giving them the tools they need for a bright future for them and their children!
